The Martin Audio LE200 is a high-output 15” coaxial stage monitor designed for professional live sound, venue and production applications where strong foldback, excellent clarity and consistent performer coverage are required. Sitting above the LE100 in the LE Series, the LE200 provides increased output, greater low frequency extension and additional headroom for more demanding stage environments.
Built around a 15” low frequency driver with a 3” voice coil and a 1.4” exit high frequency compression driver with a 3” titanium diaphragm, the LE200 delivers powerful, detailed monitor sound from a compact wedge cabinet. Its coaxial driver arrangement helps provide point-source behaviour, supporting clear vocal intelligibility, accurate instrument monitoring and a more coherent listening experience on stage.
The LE200 uses Martin Audio’s Coaxial Differential Dispersion technology to create a defined monitor coverage pattern at performer head height. Horizontal coverage varies from 100° close to the monitor to 60° further back, helping maintain a more consistent tonal balance and level as the performer moves within the listening area. This makes the LE200 particularly suitable for vocalists, musicians, presenters and performers who need reliable monitoring without excessive spill across the stage.
With 400W AES power handling and 1600W peak capability, the LE200 is built for higher-output monitoring applications. It is switchable between passive and bi-amp operation, giving system engineers flexibility depending on the amplifier and processing setup being used. In passive mode, the internal crossover provides a streamlined connection method, while bi-amp operation allows greater control in more advanced system configurations.
The cabinet is constructed from birch/poplar plywood and finished in durable black textured paint, making it suitable for regular professional use. A black perforated steel grille with scrim cloth backing protects the driver assembly, while protective rubber feet help prevent movement on stage and reduce wear to the cabinet base.
Four NL4 connectors are provided for flexible cabling, with connection points arranged to support practical monitor deployment in different stage layouts. The cabinet also includes two bar handles for handling and four M8 inserts for installation or rigging applications where suitable hardware and professional installation methods are used.
