The Martin Audio LE100 is a compact two-way passive stage monitor designed for professional live sound, venue and production applications where clear foldback, controlled coverage and reliable performance are required. Featuring a 12" low frequency driver and a 1" exit high frequency compression driver, the LE100 delivers high-quality monitor sound from a low-profile cabinet that is practical for stages where space is limited.
The LE100 uses Martin Audio’s Coaxial Differential Dispersion technology to provide a controlled coverage pattern across the performer’s listening area. Its horizontal coverage varies from 110° close to the monitor to 60° further back, helping create a more consistent sound level and tonal balance across the wedge position. This makes it particularly useful for vocalists, musicians, presenters and performers who need accurate monitoring without excessive spill across the stage.
With 300W AES power handling and 1200W peak capability, the LE100 provides strong output from a compact cabinet. Its 8Ω passive design makes it suitable for use with appropriate low impedance amplification and system processing. For best performance, it should be used with suitable Martin Audio amplifier or controller presets to optimise response and provide loudspeaker protection.
The cabinet is constructed from birch/poplar plywood and finished in durable black textured paint, giving it the strength required for professional stage use. A black perforated steel grille with scrim cloth backing protects the drivers, while moulded rubber feet help prevent movement on stage and protect the enclosure during regular use.
The LE100 also offers flexible deployment beyond traditional wedge monitoring. It includes an integral pole-mount socket with removable bung, allowing it to be used as a compact pole-mounted fill or sound reinforcement speaker when required. Five NL4 connectors are positioned across the cabinet to support practical cabling in different monitor, sidefill or portable PA configurations.
