The W Audio DQM 600BP is a beltpack radio microphone add-on kit designed for use with the W Audio DQM 600 wireless microphone system. It allows one of the handheld transmitters in a DQM 600 setup to be replaced with a beltpack transmitter, making it a useful option where hands-free operation is required.
Supplied with both a headset microphone and lavalier / tie-clip microphone, the DQM 600BP is well suited to presenters, teachers, performers, fitness instructors, theatre users and houses of worship. The headset microphone is ideal where a more secure hands-free fit is required, while the lavalier microphone provides a discreet option for speech and presentation use.
The system operates in the 606–614MHz Channel 38 frequency band and is designed for use with compatible DQM 600 receivers. In the UK, Channel 38 operation requires the appropriate PMSE licence, so this product is best suited to professional or organised wireless microphone setups where licensed operation is already in place.
Each DQM receiver channel can only be used with one transmitter at a time, so the DQM 600BP should be used in place of a handheld transmitter rather than alongside it on the same channel. It is not a complete standalone radio microphone system and requires a compatible DQM 600 receiver to operate.
