Delivery Information

For mainland UK orders, our standard delivery charges are:

- Orders under £150: £8.50 delivery charge
- Orders over £150: Free delivery

This applies to standard mainland UK deliveries only. Some oversized, heavy or specialist items may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge depending on the product, delivery location and courier requirements. This will be applied at the checkout stage.

Certain products are classed as oversized or bulk delivery items due to their size, weight or handling requirements. This may include items such as staging, large loudspeakers, trussing, flight cases, installation equipment or other heavy goods.

Where a surcharge applies, this will depend on the item or items being ordered and the delivery address. In some cases, we may contact you after your order is placed to confirm the most suitable delivery method and any additional carriage cost.

Oversized and bulk items are typically delivered within 1–5 working days, depending on stock availability, courier scheduling and delivery location.

Most standard orders are usually delivered the next working day when placed before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Although many orders arrive next working day, we quote a standard delivery timeframe of 1–3 working days. This allows for occasional courier delays that may be outside of our control, such as high parcel volumes, traffic disruption, weather conditions or regional delivery issues.

Orders placed after 2pm, over the weekend or on a bank holiday will usually be processed on the next working day.

Custom orders such as rack panels, or bulk/oversized items are typically delivery within 1-5 working day.

Orders may be dispatched directly from The AV Barn or from one of our trusted suppliers. This depends on current stock quantities, warehouse availability and whether we hold the specific item in stock at the time of ordering.

Supplier-direct delivery allows us to offer a wider product range and helps us get items to you as quickly as possible. Where an order contains multiple items, these may arrive in separate deliveries.

Our standard delivery terms apply to mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and other remote locations may take longer and may incur additional carriage charges. These charges will be displayed dring checkout.

Please inspect your goods carefully when they arrive. If there is any visible damage, shortage or issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review this with the courier or supplier.

We recommend keeping all packaging until you are happy that the goods have arrived safely and are correct.
