The RA Technology Universal Mesh Projector Cage provides robust physical protection for ceiling or wall-mounted projectors installed in areas where equipment may be exposed to accidental impact.
Manufactured from heavy-duty impact-resistant wire, the cage is particularly well suited to school halls, sports halls, leisure facilities and other busy environments where projectors could otherwise be damaged by footballs, basketballs or other sports equipment.
Fixing flaps are welded around all four open sides of the cage, allowing it to be securely attached to a suitable ceiling or wall surface around the existing projector installation. This makes the cage suitable for protecting projectors that are already installed using conventional ceiling or wall mounting hardware.
Once installed, a suitably positioned opening can be cut into the wire mesh for the projected image to pass through. This allows the aperture to be positioned specifically around the lens location of the installed projector rather than restricting the cage to a fixed lens position.
Two sizes are available to accommodate different projector and mounting requirements. The standard Cage measures 650mm x 600mm x 850mm, while the larger XL cage provides an increased 1000mm depth for larger projector installations.
Both versions are finished in a durable white powder coating for a clean and professional appearance.
