The RA Technology Centurian Bigfoot BS is a heavy-duty projector entrapment cage designed to provide additional physical protection for larger projectors installed in education, commercial, leisure and public environments.
With an internal entrapment area of 630mm x 610mm x 260mm, the cage is suitable for projectors up to a suggested maximum size of 530mm x 510mm x 210mm. Adequate clearance should always be maintained around the projector to ensure sufficient airflow and cooling during operation.
The cage is supplied complete with a 50mm sleeve fixing, allowing it to be combined with RA Technology wall mounts, ceiling mounting plates and 50mm columns to create a complete projector mounting solution.
Due to the combined weight of the cage and projector, RA Technology recommends using its Heavy Duty 50mm columns together with an HD ceiling mounting plate where appropriate. The cage itself weighs 21kg.
The Centurian Bigfoot BS is particularly well suited to installations where projectors may be exposed to accidental impact or interference, including school halls, sports halls, assembly spaces and other busy environments.
