The Optimal Audio ZonePad 8 is a premium wall-mounted touchscreen controller designed to provide clear, intuitive control of up to eight audio zones within an Optimal Audio commercial sound system. Featuring a vibrant 8-inch IPS touch display with a tempered glass capacitive panel, ZonePad 8 delivers a modern, user-friendly interface that allows complex audio systems to be operated with ease.
ZonePad 8 enables intuitive control of source selection, zone volume and microphone levels across up to eight zones. It also supports advanced functionality such as triggering routines, message playback and scheduled behaviours, providing flexible control for dynamic commercial environments. Per-zone configuration and permission settings allow installers to define which functions are accessible in each area, ensuring appropriate control for different users and spaces.
Seamless integration with Optimal Audio Zone controllers ensures responsive and reliable operation, powered by a high-performance quad-core processor. The secure system design delivers consistent performance tailored to each venue’s operational requirements, making ZonePad 8 suitable for demanding hospitality, retail, leisure and corporate applications.
Power is supplied via Power over Ethernet from a compatible router or network switch, simplifying installation and reducing cabling requirements. Where network cabling is not practical, ZonePad 8 can alternatively be powered locally using an optional 12V power supply and connected to the network and Zone controller via WiFi.
