This Martin Audio XP15 Powered PA Speaker Kit is a complete active sound system designed for users who need a powerful stereo PA setup without a separate amplifier rack. Supplied with two XP15 powered loudspeakers, two tripod speaker stands, two 10m XLR leads and two 5m IEC mains leads, this kit provides a practical solution for music playback, live performance, presentations, DJs and portable event sound.
Each XP15 is a high-output self-powered 15" two-way loudspeaker with 1300W Class D amplification, onboard DSP and a built-in three-channel mixer. Compared with the XP12 version, the XP15 offers a larger 15" low-frequency driver, increased cabinet size and higher peak SPL, making it a strong choice where more output and low-frequency presence are required from a standalone top speaker.
The XP15 features a 15" low-frequency driver and 1" exit compression driver matched to a user-rotatable 80° x 50° horn. This allows the loudspeaker to be used vertically on tripod stands, horizontally as a stage monitor or as part of a flexible portable PA setup. Onboard DSP, EQ, voicing presets and limiter protection help maintain consistent performance while keeping setup straightforward.
The included tripod speaker stands allow the XP15 loudspeakers to be positioned at a suitable height for audience coverage, while the two 10m XLR leads provide signal cabling for a typical left and right speaker setup. The kit also includes two 5m IEC mains leads, giving more practical mains cable length for positioning the speakers compared with the shorter leads normally supplied with the loudspeakers.
As the loudspeakers are self-powered, each speaker will require mains power, but no external amplifier is needed.
