The Martin Audio XP12 and XP118 Powered PA Kit is a complete active sound system designed for users who need high-quality Martin Audio performance in a practical, portable package. Combining two XP12 powered 12" loudspeakers with two XP118 powered 18" subwoofers, this system is suitable for live music, DJs, mobile events, corporate AV, hospitality venues, function rooms and small to medium performance spaces.
Each XP12 loudspeaker is a compact self-powered two-way enclosure with 1300W of Class D amplification, onboard DSP and a built-in three-channel mixer. The 12" LF driver and 1" exit compression driver are matched to a user-rotatable 80° x 50° horn, giving the speaker useful flexibility for both vertical and horizontal deployment. The XP12 can be used as a main PA loudspeaker, stage monitor or as part of a sub/satellite system with the XP118.
The XP118 subwoofers provide the low-frequency extension required for music playback, live performance and event sound. Each subwoofer features an 18" driver with a 4" voice coil, 2000W Class D amplification, onboard DSP and built-in protection. The integrated 35mm pole-mount socket allows the XP12 speakers to be mounted directly above the subs using the supplied speaker poles, creating a clean and professional stereo PA setup.
This kit also includes two winch-assisted speaker poles and four 10m XLR leads, helping provide the essential cabling and mounting accessories required for a typical stereo PA system. As the XP12 and XP118 units are self-powered, no separate amplifier rack is required, although each speaker and subwoofer will still require mains power.
