The Martin Audio DX0.6 is a compact 2-input, 6-output audio processor and loudspeaker management system designed for professional installed and portable sound systems. It provides flexible routing, EQ, delay, crossover control and loudspeaker protection in a 1U rackmount format, making it well suited to Martin Audio ADORN, CDD and BlacklineX systems as well as other commercial audio applications requiring precise system control.
With two balanced XLR inputs and six balanced XLR outputs, the DX0.6 offers fully assignable matrix routing from either input to any output. This makes it suitable for stereo systems with subwoofers, multi-zone layouts, bi-amped configurations, fill speakers, delays and more complex installed sound systems where a 2-in / 4-out processor does not provide enough output flexibility.
The DX0.6 includes a comprehensive set of DSP tools for tuning and protection. Input processing includes gain, polarity invert, noise gate, up to 600ms delay and 10-band parametric EQ. Each output includes gain, polarity invert, up to 200ms delay, high-pass and low-pass crossover filters, 8-band parametric EQ, program limiting and peak limiting. This gives installers and engineers the control required to align loudspeakers, integrate subwoofers, manage room response and protect the system from excessive drive levels.
Front panel controls, one-touch mute buttons and an LCD display provide direct access to core functions, while USB, Ethernet and RS485 connectivity allow more advanced configuration from a connected computer or networked control system. The DX0.6 also includes 32 user memory locations, making it easy to store and recall system setups for different rooms, venue configurations or event requirements.
A useful feature of the DX0.6 is its Martin Audio output channel preset import function, allowing compatible loudspeaker settings to be loaded quickly when configuring a system.
