The KV2 Audio EX2.5MkII is a high-output dual 15-inch active subwoofer engineered to deliver exceptional depth, authority and low-frequency power for demanding professional audio systems. As the active counterpart to the ES2.6 passive bass module, the EX2.5MkII provides substantial bass extension and impact where elevated SPL and full-range system performance are essential.
Incorporating the same low-frequency amplifier platform utilised in the EPAK2500 and EPAK2500R, the EX2.5MkII offers proven power and reliability. The onboard electronics include integrated stereo crossovers, high-pass outputs and comprehensive overdrive protection, ensuring seamless integration with EX mid-high loudspeakers and safeguarding long-term operational performance.
A key feature of the EX2.5MkII is the inclusion of a speaker-level output via an AP4 connector, enabling the system to power one additional passive ES2.6 subwoofer directly from its internal amplifier. This provides enhanced scalability and system flexibility, while maintaining consistent acoustic performance. The speaker-level output is not designed for use with a passive ES2.5.
Purpose-built to complement KV2 Audio EX mid-high systems, the EX2.5MkII forms the foundation of a true full-range, high-output solution.
