The KV2 Audio EX15 is a high-performance 3-way active full-range loudspeaker that introduces advanced tri-amplified design to the acclaimed EX series. Engineered for exceptional clarity, depth and dynamic musical performance, the EX15 delivers true full-range reproduction from a compact yet powerful enclosure that outperforms many larger conventional systems.
At the core of the EX15 is a unique coaxial 15-inch transducer paired with a 1.75-inch Nitride Titanium compression driver. Unlike traditional coaxial designs that attempt to reproduce the entire frequency spectrum from a single point source, the EX15 allocates low and high frequencies to the coaxial driver, while dedicating the critical midrange to a horn-loaded 6-inch neodymium speaker. This intelligent three-way configuration allows the 15-inch driver to focus on delivering deep, accurate bass within its optimal frequency range, ensuring improved speed, articulation and dynamic response without midrange compromise.
