The FBT VN 3000 is a complete active PA system built around two Ventis 110A active top speakers and two Subline 115SA active subwoofers. Designed as a ready-made professional sound system package, it delivers a combined 3200W RMS and includes the main speakers, subwoofers, telescopic poles, pole carry bag and padded covers for the tops and subs. The VN 3000 uses a four-box format, combining a pair of 10" Ventis active tops with a pair of 15" Subline active subwoofers. This configuration provides a strong balance of vocal clarity, full-range musical detail and low-frequency extension. It sits above the smaller VN 1000 and VN 2000 style packages, making it a suitable step up where greater bass output and a larger top speaker format are required.
Each Ventis 110A top speaker features a 10" low frequency woofer and 1" B&C high frequency compression driver in a birch plywood cabinet. The 10" format gives the system a compact but capable mid/high section, with enough output for speech, music playback and live sound reinforcement while remaining manageable for transport and setup. The Ventis 110A cabinet is finished in scratch-resistant paint and includes an integrated handle, 35mm top-hat and M10 suspension points for flexible deployment.
The Ventis 110A speakers use integrated bi-amplification, with 700W RMS for the low frequency section and 200W RMS for the high frequency section. This gives each top speaker 900W RMS of onboard amplification, removing the need for external power amplifiers. As with the wider Ventis active range, the low frequency amplifier section uses Class D technology, while the high frequency section uses Class H/AB amplification.
The Subline 115SA subwoofers provide the low-frequency foundation of the system. Each subwoofer uses a 15" driver and a 700W RMS active amplifier platform, giving the VN 3000 more bass depth and output than systems based around smaller 12" subs. The 15" subwoofer format is well suited to users who need a stronger low-end response for music playback, performance systems and general PA use without moving into larger 18" subwoofer packages.
The system includes a pair of telescopic poles, allowing the Ventis 110A tops to be mounted directly above the Subline 115SA subwoofers. This creates a clean and conventional sub-and-top PA layout, helping achieve better audience coverage and a professional stage or venue presentation. A carry bag for the poles is also included, helping keep accessories organised during storage and transport.
Padded covers are supplied for both the top speakers and subwoofers. This is a useful addition for protecting the cabinets when the system is being moved, stored or transported between jobs. The included covers also help make the package feel complete, reducing the need to source essential protection accessories separately.
