The Elumen8 Tour Batten IP is a robust IP65 rated LED batten designed for professional stage, touring and architectural lighting applications. Built within a durable rental ready housing, the fixture delivers the warm visual character of traditional halogen lighting while benefiting from the efficiency and reliability of modern LED technology.
The batten is equipped with ten 10W tunable warm white LEDs capable of producing a variable colour temperature range from a deep 1600K through to a realistic halogen style 2900K tone. This allows lighting designers to achieve authentic warm lighting effects often associated with classic tungsten fixtures while maintaining significantly lower power consumption.
A key feature of the Tour Batten IP is its halogen emulation capability. When dimmed, the fixture automatically shifts colour temperature to recreate the natural amber glow typical of halogen lamps. This processing is handled internally by the fixture’s CPU, delivering a convincing sunstrip style effect without the need for complex programming.
With a 38° beam angle and an output of 3,320 lux at 2 metres, the fixture provides strong and even illumination suitable for stages, set lighting, architectural features and live event environments. Control options include DMX operation with both 8 bit and 16 bit dimming modes, along with built in macros that offer adjustable speed and fade times.
Additional operational modes include static, auto run and master secondary configurations, allowing the batten to be used in both standalone and integrated lighting systems. RDM support enables remote configuration and monitoring within compatible DMX networks.
The fixture features integrated pivoting brackets with omega clamps, allowing flexible rigging or floor mounted positioning. PowerTwist TR1 input and output connectors alongside IP rated five pin XLR connections ensure secure and reliable power and data distribution in professional environments.
