Description
The Ecler AURA-4B900 is a high-power four-channel Class D commercial amplifier designed for professional installed audio systems requiring substantial output, flexible loudspeaker compatibility and dependable long-term operation. Delivering 4 x 900W at 4Ω, it is ideal for demanding hospitality, education, corporate, leisure, sports and commercial AV applications.
Each amplifier channel supports 2Ω, 4Ω and 8Ω low-impedance loudspeakers alongside 70V and 100V distributed speaker systems. With all channels driven, the AURA-4B900 provides up to 1000W per channel at 2Ω, 900W at 4Ω, 450W at 8Ω and 900W per channel in either 70V or 100V operation.
Bridge mode provides additional power for demanding loudspeakers and subwoofers, delivering up to 2000W at 4Ω or 1600W at 8Ω from each bridged channel pair. Output modes can be configured by pairs of channels, providing excellent flexibility across different loudspeaker configurations within the same installation.
Four balanced analogue inputs and four amplified outputs are provided through secure Euroblock connectors with an anti-pulling locking system. Channels can also be linked to Input 1, simplifying systems where the same audio source needs to feed multiple amplifier channels.
High-efficiency Class D amplification is combined with a universal regulated power supply featuring PFC, automatic standby and dual-fan cooling. Integrated DC, HF, short-circuit, thermal and clip limiting protection helps ensure reliable operation within permanent professional audio installations.
Individual front-panel level controls provide straightforward adjustment and can be locked using rear-panel switches after commissioning. Housed within a compact 1U 19" rack format, the AURA-4B900 provides substantial multi-channel output while minimising rack space requirements.
