The Ecler AURA-2B1800 is a high-power two-channel Class D commercial amplifier designed for professional installed audio systems requiring substantial output, flexible loudspeaker compatibility and reliable long-term operation.
Supporting both low and high impedance configurations, each channel can be configured for 2Ω, 4Ω or 8Ω loudspeakers, as well as 70V and 100V distributed systems. The AURA-2B1800 delivers up to 1800W per channel at 4Ω or 70V/100V, with up to 2400W available at 2Ω, making it suitable for demanding commercial and professional audio installations.
Bridge mode provides considerably higher single-channel output, with up to 4600W available at 4Ω or 3400W at 8Ω. This flexibility allows the amplifier to accommodate a wide range of loudspeaker configurations, from distributed commercial systems through to high-output low-impedance installations.
Two balanced analogue inputs and two amplified outputs are provided through secure Euroblock connectors with an anti-pulling locking system. Channels can also be linked to Input 1 using rear-panel controls, allowing a single source to feed both amplifier channels without additional signal distribution equipment.
High-efficiency Class D amplification is combined with a universal regulated power supply featuring PFC and dual fan cooling. Automatic standby helps reduce power consumption when the system is inactive, while thermal, overload, short-circuit, DC, HF and anti-clipping protection provide dependable operation in permanent installations.
Individual front-panel level controls provide straightforward adjustment and can be locked using rear-panel switches once the system has been commissioned. Designed for standard 19" rack installation or desktop use, the AURA-2B1800 is well suited to hospitality, retail, education, corporate, leisure, sports and other professional AV environments.
