Description
This 5 pin DMX terminator is designed to be connected to the final fixture in a DMX chain to ensure stable and reliable data transmission. Fitted with a 5 pin male XLR connector, it provides correct end-of-line termination for professional lighting control systems.
Internally, a 120 ohm resistor is soldered across pins 2 and 3, helping to prevent signal reflections that can cause erratic fixture behaviour. This is particularly important on longer cable runs or installations with multiple fixtures linked in series.
