The DAP IMIX-7.3 is a professional 7 channel installation mixer designed for fixed audio systems where multiple sources need to be routed to separate output zones. Built in a 19" 2U rack format, it is well suited to bars, restaurants, hotels, retail spaces, gyms, leisure venues, conference rooms, schools, community buildings and commercial AV installations that require flexible multi-zone audio control from a compact rack-mounted mixer.
This mixer provides a practical way to manage background music, speech sources, DJ feeds, media players and other audio inputs across three independent master output zones. Each zone can be used to feed a different area of a building, allowing one system to support several rooms or spaces from a central audio rack. Typical applications include a bar with separate lounge and restaurant areas, a gym with different audio zones, or a venue where reception, function room and main space audio need to be managed independently.
The IMIX-7.3 includes two microphone input channels using combo XLR/jack connectors, making it suitable for wired microphones, paging microphones or speech sources. This is useful in commercial and venue environments where announcements, presentations or occasional microphone use need to be integrated into the background music system. Mic EQ is provided at 80Hz, 1kHz and 12kHz with ±12dB adjustment, allowing basic tonal control to help speech sit more clearly within the system.
For music and playback sources, the mixer provides a wide range of input options. It includes 11 RCA line inputs, 2 RCA phono inputs and a front 3.5mm jack input.
