Description
The Cloud BT-2F Bluetooth Wall Input Module is a discreet, wall-mounted wireless audio input designed for Cloud audio systems equipped with an RJ45 Facility Port. Available in black (BT-2FB) or white (BT-2FW), it allows laptops, tablets and smartphones to stream audio wirelessly into an installed audio zone, providing convenient local connectivity for users.
Installation is fast and installer-friendly, using a single screened Cat5 cable connected via standard shielded RJ45 connectors. The RJ45 connection supplies DC power and carries balanced audio, eliminating the need for additional local power sources and simplifying wiring requirements.
The BT-2F delivers a summed mono (L+R) audio signal to the host unit and is compatible with a wide range of Cloud mixers and mixer amplifiers featuring Facility Port connectivity. By default, it operates as a single-zone priority input, ideal for presentations and local playback.
For increased system flexibility, the optional FPA-1 adaptor allows the BT-2F to be configured as a global line input, enabling priority audio across multiple zones depending on the host system’s capabilities. The FPA-1 can also be used with Cloud products that do not include a Facility Port, allowing per-zone integration where required.
