The Citronic CASA-8A is a compact 8" active PA speaker designed for portable sound, speech reinforcement, music playback and small event use. With a built-in Class D bi-amplifier, 200W RMS output and a lightweight moulded cabinet, it provides a practical all-in-one solution for users who need a simple powered speaker without a separate amplifier.
The CASA-8A includes a built-in USB/SD media player and Bluetooth wireless receiver, making it easy to play audio directly from compatible devices or media storage. It also includes XLR/jack, 6.3mm jack and RCA input options, giving flexibility for microphones, instruments, mixers, laptops and other line-level sources.
A DSP speaker controller provides five selectable output profiles: Normal, DJ, Voice, Live and Flat. These allow the speaker response to be adjusted quickly depending on the application, whether it is being used for background music, vocal clarity, live performance or general PA duties.
The moulded cabinet features top and side handles for easy transport, along with a 35mm pole mount socket for use on a speaker stand. At 8.71kg, the CASA-8A is easy to move, set up and store, making it well suited to schools, small venues, mobile DJs, fitness instruction, presentations, parties and rehearsal rooms.
For systems needing more low-frequency output, the CASA-8A can also be paired with suitable CASA series subwoofer cabinets to create a fuller sound reinforcement setup.
