The Bose Sub1 powered bass module is a compact, high performance subwoofer designed to deliver deep, controlled low frequency reinforcement for portable PA systems. Engineered for flexibility and ease of transport, it provides powerful bass response in a slim, space efficient design.
At the core of the Sub1 is a unique 7 × 13 inch high excursion RaceTrack driver, delivering low frequency performance down to 40 Hz. This innovative driver design provides output comparable to traditional round subwoofers while maintaining a significantly smaller footprint, making it ideal for mobile applications and compact setups.
The Sub1 integrates seamlessly with the Bose L1 Pro32 portable line array system via proprietary SubMatch connectivity, enabling both power and audio to be delivered through a single cable. This simplifies setup and reduces cabling requirements, allowing for faster deployment in live environments.
For enhanced performance, multiple Sub1 units can be stacked to increase low frequency output or configured in Cardioid Mode to direct bass energy forward while reducing rearward output.
