The Allen & Heath ZED-12FX is a compact 12-channel analogue mixer engineered to deliver professional sound quality, flexible connectivity and integrated digital effects for live sound, rehearsal spaces, venues and project studios. The mixer features six mono mic/line inputs equipped with GSPre preamps, offering high headroom, low noise and detailed audio capture for vocals and instruments. Three stereo line inputs accommodate keyboards, playback devices and external audio sources, supporting diverse performance and recording setups. A 2-in/2-out USB interface enables straightforward recording and playback to and from a computer, making the ZED-12FX suitable for home studios and live recording applications.
Sixteen studio-grade digital effects are built into the onboard FX engine, including reverb, delay and modulation presets, providing flexible sound enhancement without the need for external processors. Each mono channel includes a 3-band EQ with swept mid control, allowing precise tonal shaping. Two auxiliary sends, one pre-fade and one post-fade, along with a dedicated FX send and two stereo returns, offer comprehensive routing options for monitoring and effects management.
Housed in a durable all-metal chassis, the ZED-12FX is designed for reliability in demanding environments.
