The Allen & Heath Xone:PX5 is a professional 4 plus 1 channel DJ mixer that combines the renowned analogue sound of Allen & Heath with powerful digital connectivity and advanced effects processing. Designed for DJs who want exceptional sound quality and creative performance control, the Xone PX5 delivers a warm analogue character with modern workflow flexibility.
At the heart of the mixer is the legendary Xone analogue filter, allowing DJs to shape their sound using smooth high pass and low pass filtering. Each channel also features a precise 3 band EQ, providing detailed tonal control and allowing DJs to sculpt mixes with clarity and precision.
The integrated Xone Xcite FX suite expands creative possibilities with a wide range of performance focused effects including delays, reverbs, modulators, flangers and distortion effects. These effects can be assigned easily through intuitive controls, enabling DJs to apply texture and movement to their mixes in real time.
A flexible send and return system allows external effects units, guitar pedals or processors to be integrated into the setup. The mixer supports both send and return and master insert routing modes, with line or high impedance compatibility. Each channel includes its own send control, enabling external effects processing to be applied selectively across individual channels.
For digital DJ workflows, the Xone PX5 includes a high quality internal 20 channel USB soundcard operating at 24 bit and 96 kHz resolution. This allows seamless connection to a computer for use with DJ software platforms while maintaining excellent audio fidelity during performance.
Additional connectivity is provided through X LINK, enabling direct integration with compatible Xone K series controllers for expanded MIDI control without the need for extra cables.
The crossfader includes three adjustable curve settings, allowing DJs to choose between smooth blending or more aggressive scratching styles. The fader can also be replaced or upgraded to an Innofader Pro 2 for enhanced performance and durability.
