These metal vented rack shelves are designed to integrate seamlessly into flight cases and metal data racks, providing a practical and adaptable solution for mounting non-rackmount equipment within standard 19” systems.
Engineered for equipment not originally designed for 19” rack installation, the shelves feature integrated vent slots to promote effective airflow and assist with thermal management. This makes them particularly suitable for amplifiers, processors, media devices and other heat-generating equipment requiring passive ventilation. Please note that the rack trays may have slots or hole cut outs depending on supplier.
The tray design also allows equipment to be securely strapped into position, removing the need for permanent screw fixing where flexibility is required. Manufactured from robust steel and finished in a durable black powder coat, these shelves deliver strength and a professional appearance suitable for touring and fixed installations alike.
