This 19” sliding rack tray is engineered to provide a secure and stable mounting platform for audio equipment, servers, routers and other rack-based hardware. Designed for integration within rack cabinets and flight cases, it offers a practical solution for equipment that requires sliding access or lacks traditional rack mounting ears.
The tray can be installed from either the front or rear of the rack cabinet, enabling balanced weight distribution for heavier equipment and reducing strain on front panel fixings. This configuration supports improved structural stability and long-term rack integrity.
Finished in black, the tray features smooth-operating plated slide rails to allow easy insertion and removal of equipment for maintenance or reconfiguration. Devices without formal rack fixing flanges can be secured directly to the tray base, then mounted within a standard 19” rack system.
With a maximum adjustable rack depth from 380mm to 560mm and a tray surface area of 483mm (19”) x 380mm, it provides compatibility across a wide range of rack enclosures. The tray supports a maximum load capacity of 19kg.
