The Optimal Audio OAKIT-12 is a purpose-designed add-on speaker kit created to extend existing Optimal Audio systems built around the ZONE series mixer-amplifier kits. Ideal for venues requiring additional loudspeaker coverage without reconfiguring the core system, this kit provides a simple, scalable route to expanding background music capability.
OAKIT-12 is powered by the Optimal Audio Smart Amp 10 and includes eight UP4 in-ceiling loudspeakers to be configured as a 100V line system. This allows the kit to operate as a dedicated expansion zone or satellite speaker system, seamlessly integrating with any Optimal Audio ZONE-based installation.
The UP4 ceiling speakers are supplied with bezel-less grilles in either black or white (depending on kit selection), ensuring the system blends effortlessly into the venue’s interior design while delivering consistent background audio coverage.
Supplied with a 100m speaker cable drum, all that's needed to complete installation is some balanced twin-conductor audio cable (microphone cable). This is available by the metre in black, allowing precise specification for each project.
